Thank you for shopping at weareHISsheep.

Every product is made to order specifically for you. Because each item is created after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and, when applicable, the packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Size Exchanges

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at:

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
