Every item is made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because each product is created individually, production begins shortly after your order is received.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, shipping time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. Because every product is made to order, shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities.

You won't be charged additional shipping because your order ships in more than one package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

weareHISsheep is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your order number and a description of the issue. If applicable, please attach photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the problem promptly.
